How to find your Model / Serial / Code/ Art / VIN Number

 

On a garden tractor the model number is usually located under the seat.

Kubota tractor the model number is on the silver plate located on the chassis.

 

On a lawn mower the model number is located on a sliver or white plate on the top of the deck. On older models it could be behind the grassbox or on the side

 

For a Mountfield Tractor you need the serial number, example 234578

For a Lawnflite Tractor you model number, example 13AT493N600

 

For a Mountfield Mower you need the Type or Art number

For a Lawnflite Mower you need the Model number or the Serial number

For a Hayter Mower you need the Code number ie 410E2900274

For an Atco Mower you need the Model number

 

For almost all other garden machinery you require the Model number.

 

Quads - For a Polaris Quad you need the VIN number.
